Looking back to the exp i got in the industry tillnow, makes me feel complacent about the way i worked, the areas of which m getting hands-on ideas and specialities i m learning on-the-job. but the issue i m talking of is ‘smartness’.  It can be a way for excellence and i wud say “Choose excellence. Success will follow” (source of this phrase: “3 idiots” sitting together n discussing ) how much i follow upwrd trend in success stats depends more on the way i put how much smartness @work. 

But what actually smartness is? is it working less and accomplish more? is it not for people who works hard? is it for those who are lazy? Can it make anyone rich?

It is actually to work intelligently at a place to make one’s life easy. It is to help oneself in different terms i.e. saving time or money or allocated resources making rich prospectively.  It is obviously not avoiding hardwork but effectively using tricks to lessen it.

Now i am looking for how much these r applicable on me???? But in the meantime i found this archive sumwhere on net:

Smartness:

i know a girl who is so simple. generally she used to wear a salwar suit. she doesn’t carry trendy stuff with herself. she never use hair colour or heavy assecories but she is the most beautiful girl in my perception. because she never give ears to office politics, she never search for excuses about not completing dead lines. she always work very hard & try to creat a perfection in her work. she is a trainee who is taking training with my team. one more girl is taking training with her. she looks very hot, always wear trendy branded clothes with heavy accesories. one day i ask a question to both of them separately. i asked the first, what do you feel about your work? do you feel that our company will recruit you as our team member? she tell me that ya i feel that i will get a chance to work here. i asked why? she told me because i am very hard working. i said ok. than i have asked the same question to the other fashionable girl. she replied me, ya i am sure that company will offer me any post here. i again asked why? she told me because i am very smart. then i asked don’t you feel any kind of competition with that sweet and simple girl. she answered, never, she is nothing in front of me. now it doesn’t matter how hard working you are? what matter is how smart you are.
i was shocked with her definition of smartness. do you feel that hard work can be supressed by the so called smartness?

life’s been so hectic last few months and still on to look forwrd to the mgmt dreams..and dad says: “dear there have been several MCA’s lined up for u. What do u want?” me: Dad no mca’s until i m done with mba. unse keh do, be in line if they can, counter will soon open after few yrs . Itni salary mei kya hota hai 1 ka aaj kal. let me settledown for more than will think to settle. Dad: Yaa, u r right dont worry w’ll bring u a salaried one. me (usshhh): he..he he.

Life’s been so fast for almost evryone around me that finding time for near ones makes one scratch one’s scalp . one of ma frnz on last working day of a week said that she hopefully will be visiting my place the next day but will let me know if plan goes well coz its been hectic to join office on monday which is so definite to be.  She’s so “sure” to b in office the 1st wrking day but she’s “hopeful” to visit a frnzs place …he he he..

Moving on…bck few months have seen sum series of evnts…

*Me loosing sum wisdom due to a dentist who was real strict to follow dentists rules and chopped-off a tooth just above the infectd wisdom sayin it will be trouble for stitches n i endup payin 400bucks extra for thta tooth loss beside 2k for infected 1  

*Trip to bangalore whre i was for an official training and met people like Promita from assam, campaining roadside for sum Green India Project just for her interest to make people aware of global warming and making them conscious about remedies to cope up . she wont b getting materialstic items besides invaluable experience but its all she was desparate for!…..as i was staying on mg road the heart of the city, its been a costly trip making me roam mostly near to costliest places but to my interest founding only books to buy for, with sum music tracks (*only hindi no kannad). waise, most kannad (expecting no other regional languages are played on fm) songs that i heard on fm was sung by Sonu Nigam..and its lik at the last day i felt sumthing missing until i hear sonu singing sum kannad track afterall feelin of music touches more than language   Now dont feel like watching MAHUAA channel looking for sum regional songs for your own sake …..!

*The first post on this blog completing 1 yr on 8th may and the blog owner’s feeling a transformaton in itself coz of u all bearable people who bears whatevr he post

*I finally lost a pearl of my ring in baby finger. I don really know what the ring was for. its in my hand coz of mom as evrybody’s do. but she’s relaxed about it and so i am as few of my frnzs said pearl’s part is over thats y its over n out from its place but i m still wandering, is its role really over if i m still unable to keep my cool in unfavourable situations…???

and here in hometown i m waitin to happen the celebrations…things hav chnged in past 1 yr and they are changin really fast.

last yr in lucknow it was a bit borin livin on fourth floor flat where nobody had enuff strong Holi tools to make the colors destined to the place but here its an altogether a different feel being on zeroth floor…..people are busy with playin with colors. still now i m colored with different  scented gulaals givin a feel of me visited a perfume shoppe spcly that Sugandhco’s (in lucknow) famous shop and had tested enuff perfumes to make the nosal insenstive.

me: kya position hai sir.

boss: yaar slow holi hai. ab age ke saath josh bhi kam hota jaata hai.

me: very true sir but u r still lablej with so mush josh (boss soch rahe the ki kaun si movie ka dialogue hai ) so u can hav a colorful shower waali holi…. !

oye its “pretty woman” from kal ho na ho…..aaj ye MTV nahi chah rha hai that i wud share sumthin with u….but kehte hai ki way will be there if there is a will so the show must go on.

after 5 days hectic schedule of helping production engineers to keep the turbines, rotors etc in the exact shape which customer demands, its a relaxing night office. so thought of leaving office 10 mins early at 0020 hours to be on time for this weeks roadies, an all time fav show which cums pretty closer to ma heart this time…(itna pass ki shayad nxt year i wud be nxt ashutosh but from hardwar ) wen i came on the main entrance of the company i saw ki most of the employees are already out of the place. kaam dhaam karne ka to yahan kisi ka mann hi kahan karta hai wo to boss hai jis wajah se tike hue hain aur wo CISF ka gateman jo bilkul time per siren baja kar apne boss se accolades leta hoga. But no regrets if i do so coz its human nature and nobody is fired for evn strong reasons thereby saving fireextinguishers cost (cutting cost) !!

Aur Ye Valentine day ekdum worst tha..wen mr. x, my frnz came to me and said ki “tu free hai kya, _ _ _ Dam ghoomne chalte hain”…haan bhaiya hum to khaaali hi hain tumhaare liye itne saalon se..chalo chalte hain… ……abe paaaagal ho gya hai kya, aaj tere saaath gya to lag rha hai puri life hi na bhai aaj tata bye aur valentine ji thankyou ki its just 1 day in a year…..and no worries about lovelife coz “love will find a way” as per karan johar’s pitti-hui-story-but-acche-songs type movie!!

Besides that valentine day debacle, it was an awesum day. He finally got ngaged. happy by heart for him. in ma life, there are always sum frnzs which came closer to ma heart more than i even thought of. wenevr i seemd to be confused about my decisions they came n say this is better but this is best and u better follow best one they took frnzship in priority alwayzz..he is one of them….aur ek hai CAPITAL mein jiski setting ho chuki hai but waitin for a perfect date..sahi hai bhaiyon lage raho, ur children (hoping that they wud be more than 1 per couple ) must know who a “Chacha” is… 

And to keep u updated, routine soon gonna upturned and very much hopeful to do so. several activities lined up to do nxt week.. besides that average buildup, this splendour rides so slow ki koi bhi activity on time, jz forget it ;) also from 26feb-a masti karne ki opportunity waitin.

Ek ander ki khabar for my colleagues that u must go and watch ghajini in company’s convention centre. Pta nahi ye club committee ke log 20000bugs mein laayein hain iska print wo bhi 2 mahine baad aur keh rahein hai ki bahut costly hai. bacha lo yaaron inhe 20feb ko

Now loggin off…..hopeful to be back as early as possible with sum latest snaps this time..

Aise nahi hai, kuch acche evnts as well happens & happened in decemeber, to name a few 13 dec (IMA POP), christmas, specially to talk of is that some ”hatke” people open their eyes on this planet in the same month ex. walt disney(5 dec), ratan tata (28 dec), Dhirubhai ambani,  rudyard kipling (30dec) 1 more name will soon take an entry to this when i will be a ‘hatke’ type ……besides these, mom-dad’s anniversary falls in dec, also from this yr onwards bro will celebrate his anniversary in the same month…..

But the time just flee off without an inkling…..It was a wonderful year with some gr8 memories to cherish……to reminisced monthwise, it goes as::

january::: an exceptionally amazing time duration, wen i, with frnzs, was roaming in south india on company funded itinerary. though the purpose was to make sum dumb engineers, like this blog’s owner, to learn a few customer focus areas of the company but i wont say that neither company lost its objectives sumtimes on its way to success ))

february::: a month when my standard of food saw an uprise and got shifted from a mess to a home…thnx ‘sky’ sir……another tragedy was the departure of vikkie & he didnot evn once thought about 4 of us leaving alone (4of us felt home-alone :) ) at this dreaded place

march::: this month for the first time in my life had seen Savings & Income tax papers with me…

april::: two of my batchmates of this job finally tied their knots….and for the first time i was deputed in a night shift….also mom-dad had a second visit to the place..

may::: ”for-eternal-bliss” started; the memories of all the masti we did in our tour to south was fresh and alive which at times tried to make us replicate the same and again….the month was full of such evnts………

June::: Sarkaari flat got repaired by civil maintenance deptt and i was ready to become an owner of first floor space which is just half of the area of a standard lawn tennis court in measure ….

July::: Finally got promoted as engineer jabardasti …..though i didn’t have shown anything extrordinary to get that reward…..now i feel it was a big mistake coz its a troublesome state to leave the part “Any Reward/Achievement during Job” in most of PGDBM Application forms )

Forget clear picture ...as i did this click :)

Sept::: Nothing spcl happnd during this month….it went off as usual working and studying…. 

Oct::: A period full of opportunities….got a chance to visit hyderabad (cancelled) & to roam around sydney harbour bridge (dropped) ….Celebrated diwali first time at karm bhoomi with parents-a relaxed feel…..

Nov::: Bro got engaged finally declaring in a public celebration… also the month saw an ordeal of the months long preparation which is now expected to go on ……

and here is dec……the point behind writin this long recap is not at all to make you yawn a hell lot of times but to make it clear that how situation chnges slowly, excitent & enthu creeps in sumtimes and than at times followed by fear, anxiety and sadness….. but these all r the ways towards “change”………and the acceptance to change is a way to success )

OOps! how cum this mizzle a night before when evrywhere effigies of ravan are ready to get burst out to show again that evil wont last longer (but during childhood days i believed otherwise just coz of me being always a loser in sibling’s WWE) is it an indication of ravan being stronger this time? ….but from a positive prospect just a few drops of rain wont let him abdicate and needed a forceful attempt to bend down on his knees so at any cost we will see his demise for the sake of humanity!

Life is being full of excitement this time putting aside few deep frustated moments at workplace. neways look at how life seems to be hearin such a convrsation…

mom: m gud…apne cousin ki shaadi ke liye shopping kab karega.

boy: maa abhi bahut time hai, kar lunga.

mom: accha chal theek hai….but ab tera number bhi hai tyaar rehna.

boy: oh ho! to mera number aa hi gaya. waise kahan lagi meri lottery.

mom: aaj matrimonials advt mein teeen ladkiyon ke select kiye hain. two are mba’s with decent figure salaries.

boy: arey nahi..meri umar hi kya hai abhi. padhai thoda padh likh lu.

mom: to maine kab mana kiya hai. m just trying to help you out creating options to live life better.

boy: waise maa ek kaali aur moti hai meri nazar mein.

mom: oye khabardaar…i need a gorgeous one and out of this world type.

boy: maa out of this world mein to aliens aate hain.

mom: o chup kar….just call your bro. he was sayin ki pata nahi company waalon ne kisi 5 star hotel mein stay diya hai jahan chai for 65 and 2 boiled eggs r just of 200 bugs (bechara )

Though it seems to be a funny one but i dont want to giv a evn meager chance to let that 3 matrimoni advts turning into reality before sumthin amazing happens with ma career. my fortune today says : ”Your present plans are going to succeed” but i wish that mom’s fortune is definitely be different from mine coz “iss movie mein deepika ‘type’ ki entry thodi der se hai mere dost aur picture abhi baaki hai”…….

swinging of ma mood by such events actually indicates the way i want to live….i wish to live each n evry moment wid peace (peace means peace and no office like rubbish violence ) wat i am rightnow and wat i wish to be, is the issue where all the differenc lies…….i strive for betterment but my inborn unfavourable qualities wont let that happen at times….. which really willy-nilly ma mood!!

but nevertheless…wil try to lessen the difference to make a difference….coz only simple being (lik me) can do that

hearing the story about the evolution of google search engine from just few dollar assets to a billion dollar company really inspires to do and lookout for simple things in a different way as SK says…Winners donot do differetn things…blah blah!!

so we can n we will make a difference….

rightnow it feels really cool after watching jaane tu….3 times in last 24 hrs, the story can make one feel light, think, laugh, enjoy……touches at times when it feels like its of own…n it showz that changes prevails in almost evry relationships & in those as well where people are meant for each other (i havnt met mine yet ) but if one is true to heart and to oneself there will be no issue of loosing the partner who actually cares just on the basis of a change….but usse pata to chalna chahiye that there is really sumone who needs the other….. remember rex-meow….their relationship changes from just frnzs to evrything. Letss see if it can happen with me … nyways relationship changes!!
From last few days got some really exciting news of some due events waiting to happen in and around ma dooms days. but really happy to hear the news that cousin is tying knot in cuming dec. with a frnz in dec, one in nov getting bold down…..rightnow am busy with books but in ending months it wont b like that for few days at least…..means time changes!!
being emotional is the worst thing i like in me. at times it can hinder nebodies progress. so better be controlled and balanced. though an emotional being can be a reason for caring ma dear ones n sumtimes over, i look to change the way i m, in this respect, to giv myself a perfect fit….means personalities changes!!
